Interested in hosting a course?

Most of our courses are held at facilities, medical centers and clinics just like yours. We like to partner with our Host Facilities, many of whom have hosted numerous conferences over the years.

To qualify as a host site, a facility must be able to provide:

  • Space to accommodate 40 participants comfortably, classroom style, with room for AV equipment. (Some courses may have slightly different or additional requirements such as lab space.)
  • Standard AV equipment allowing for PowerPoint capabilities, as well as DVD and VCR capabilities.
  • Conference items such as a laser pointer, podium, and microphone.
  • Morning and afternoon refreshments the days of the course.

The benefits to your facility:

  • Your department receives a specific number of free seats which can significantly extend your department's continuing education budget.
  • Your staff will receive quality education and training.
  • Your facility often participates in choosing the course offered at your location. Courses can often be customized to meet your department's current needs.
